You can feel it in the air. That first nip of cold, the start of the leaves changing, the winds blowing… Autumn has arrived! This always reminds me of harvest time and the beautiful bounties that we get to indulge in at this time of year… and of course, Halloween and Jack-O-Lanterns! So what better first event to host that a Pumpkin Carving Party!

Jack-O-Lanterns for Halloween

Kidssakes is going to host this party at the East Putney Scout Hall on the 29th of October from 14:30 – 16:30 pm. Charge for participation is £10 per child – pumpkin and a small goodie bag is included in this charge. All kids are to bring a parent with to support and help them with the activities please!! Booking is essential and will close on the 21st of October to allow for material preparation.

I will be running a raffle for a few items that I have made and purchased that will add dazzle to your Halloween Festivities, tickets for which can be purchased on the day. Watch this space for a sneak peek of what will be on offer. Kids are also invited to come dressed in their favourite Halloween costume for which we will have a mini parade and best costume contest with a small prize for the winner!

This is the first of a series of events hosted by Kidssakes, the next of which will be a Christmas event. See http://www.kidssakes.com for the schedule of events, news and items for sale. See you soon
